主要不受保項目
- Illness or injury existing prior to the employment of the domestic helper
- Any pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, and related complications
- Cosmetic surgery and non-essential plastic surgery procedures
- Suicide, attempted suicide, or intentional self-harm
- Accidents caused by alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or mental derangement.
- Participating in professional sports or hazardous activities
- Incidents caused by war, civil unrest, or terrorist activities
- Accidents involving the domestic helper outside Hong Kong and outside the period of employment (exceptions apply to certain plans)

Important Application Information
Before purchasing domestic helper insurance, kindly review the points below to ensure valid policy coverage and smooth claims handling.
Domestic Helper Must Be Present in Hong Kong upon Application
The domestic helper must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa.
You must provide the domestic helper's identity documents and a copy of the employment contract.
A medical examination for the domestic helper may be required for the first year of coverage (depending on the insurance company's requirements).
Once the policy becomes effective, it cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund due to the domestic helper leaving employment.
If you change your domestic helper, you may apply to amend the name on the policy to maintain protection.
Claims Guide
Should any incident occur that could give rise to a claim, please notify our Claims Department immediately; we will assist you throughout the entire claims process.
In the event of any incident that could give rise to a claim, please immediately contact our Claims Department by telephone, providing your policy number, policyholder's name, and contact telephone number; alternatively, you may notify us via email. A delay in notification may result in the insurance company refusing to process the claim.
Please complete the claim application form. Claims for medical expenses must be accompanied by original receipts specifying the date of consultation or hospitalization, diagnosis, and the attending physician's name and signature. Claims for income protection require a medical certificate (sick leave note) and proof of income, while claims for hospital cash allowances require a certificate of hospitalization.
In the event of death, a death certificate, medical reports, and a police investigation report (plus an autopsy report, if necessary) must be submitted; for permanent total disability, a disability assessment report is required. The insurance company may request additional information and will issue the claim payment in accordance with the policy terms.
Please note that a delay in notification may result in the insurance company refusing to process your claim in accordance with the terms of the policy.
